Frequently asked questions
Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows. Patients who have booked are seen first, though, so if the dentist is already with someone a walk-in may have to wait. Booking online takes a couple of minutes and is the quickest way to be seen.
Are all treatments available at both the Bulua and Uptown branches?
Yes — both clinics offer the same full range of treatments. Choose whichever branch is more convenient when you book, along with a date and time, and we will confirm your slot.
What dental services do you offer in Cagayan de Oro?
Dental implants and bone grafting, oral and dental surgery (including impacted wisdom teeth), braces and orthodontics, root canal treatment, crowns, dentures, check-ups, cleaning, fillings, teeth whitening, veneers, and TMJ disorder management.
Do you handle complex or surgical cases?
Yes. Alongside everyday dentistry we perform advanced oral surgery — impacted wisdom-tooth extractions, cyst removal and bone grafting — that many clinics refer elsewhere. Dr. Reyes' training is concentrated in implantology, surgery and orthodontics.
How much will my treatment cost?
Costs depend on what your teeth actually need, which we cannot know before we have looked. Book a consultation and we will examine you, explain what we find, and talk you through your options before anything is decided.
Is treatment painful?
We focus on gentle, pain-managed care and use anaesthetic and modern techniques to keep every visit as comfortable as possible. If you are anxious about a procedure, tell us when you book — it changes how we pace the appointment.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online in about a minute: choose your treatment, your branch, and a time. You can also call or text either branch, or message us on Facebook, and we will arrange a schedule that suits you.
