An implant replaces the whole tooth — root and crown. A titanium post is placed into the jawbone and fuses with it, so the finished tooth is anchored the way a natural one is: nothing slips, nothing comes out at night, and you can bite into whatever you like. Where the jawbone has already thinned, we can rebuild it with a bone graft first — which is the step that sends most implant cases to another clinic.
Straightening teeth is not only cosmetic: crowded teeth are harder to clean, and a bite that does not meet evenly wears the teeth it lands on. We assess the bite, the crowding and the spacing first, then plan the treatment around what you actually want to change.

Before a single bracket goes on, we look at how your teeth meet, where they are crowded, and what you want out of the treatment. The braces then move your teeth gently into their planned positions over time.

When decay or an injury reaches the soft pulp inside a tooth, the result is severe pain, swelling or an abscess. Root canal treatment removes the infected tissue, then cleans and seals the inside of the tooth. It is normally finished with a crown, because a treated tooth is more brittle than a healthy one.
